In A Nutshell:

 

Coaching is not about me handing you a bag of solutions. It’s about me helping you BREAK THROUGH and find your own solutions. I have a lot of tools to help you do that. Understand that all your solutions are within you; you just may not know where to look for them. By focusing on clearing up baggage and on your needs we will figure out the best tools to use. 

 

You have to want this for yourself. You have to be committed to yourself.

 

Don’t do this because you think it will make someone else happy or make them like you better. Don’t do this to change someone else or to change for someone else. 

 

This is a journey that you are taking for you. Be committed to yourself 100% and you will succeed. That is all it takes. You have to be willing to do the work to honor that commitment. Otherwise you are wasting your time. And my time.

 

 

What is a BREAKTHROUGH session?

 

           Imagine this: You let go of all the emotional and mental baggage that holds you back from living the life you deserve.  Your stress melts away as you gain clarity of mind and purpose in your life.  Imagine You know that every thought you have and every action you take is aligned with your goals. What you set your mind to you achieve. You see obstacles as road signs telling you that you are closer to your goal. You see obstacles as opportunities for a course correction and learning and not as excuses that derail you off your path.  You feel whole and on purpose.

 

Imagine accomplishing this in several hours.  Yes, it is possible and it’s called a breakthrough session.

 

 

What is Neuro—Linguistic Programming?

 

This is the study of communication both external and internal. It is the study of excellence and cleaning up your own language and your internal representations to maximize your wellbeing.  It is not new, rather it is the culmination of study of ancient teachings from across cultures of the world.  Perfected by John Grinder and Richard Bandler it continues to evolve as a trusted and simple and effective methodology for creating change in your life.

 

 

What is Hypnosis?

 

This is a process of relaxation and concentration during which deeper parts of the mind become more accessible to you.  Since all hypnosis is self hypnosis it only works if you allow it to.  All you do is follow instructions and understand that you are in complete control of your situation, thoughts, actions, and words. In a state of hypnosis the hypnotherapist is merely a guide who provides positive suggestions that you create.

 

What is Time Empowerment®?

 

This is a method of consciously releasing negative emotions and limiting beliefs. It is what your unconscious mind already does.  It allows you to look at your life from the perspective of learning from events instead of being caught up in the emotions of those events.

 

 

What These Techniques Are Not

 

None of these techniques are a substitute for medical attention, psychotherapy, or legal counsel. They are not mentoring or counseling.  The focus is not on the past or on weaknesses. Rather, you are  encouraged to release past blockages and look to your future and use your strengths to help you achieve that future.  These tools are a commitment to forward thinking and acting.

 

 

The Process

 

The process is simple and fun.  You will get out of it what you put into it. My commitment is to use everything I know to guide you as you work through your stuff.  “Stuff” is a technical term, by the way.

 

At first we will focus on the area of your life that you most want to focus on.  During our conversation you will identify conflicts, limiting beliefs and negative emotions that are keeping you from having everything you want in your life.  We will work on releasing all the negativity and limiting beliefs so that you gain clarity. Once the cleanup is complete we will go through goal setting and focus on your plan of action.

 

You can only change if you want to.  And you will change and grow most when you stretch yourself.

My coach brought compassion. A partner who knows I’m not foolish for feeling these things, who listened and understood what I was going through in a way that my spouse, parents or friends couldn’t.

 

That’s the one thing knew I was missing: someone who truly understood me and what I was going through. Someone who didn't judge me and who listened and believed in me. Someone who gave me a safe space to experience the emotional rollercoaster, the pain, the desire to BREAK THROUGH all my barriers!

 

I didn’t understand myself and I really had no one to turn to. Everyone just tried to fix my problem or tell me that it would go away. I didn’t want that…I wanted to feel it, to get through it, to discover my own solution that wasn’t imposed on me. I didn't want just advice. I wanted someone to talk to who would help me move forward. Who would allow me to feel the emotions without judging them, without making me feel guilty or like I should  just get over it.

 

The decision to change took time but the change itself was instant.  I knew that when I let go of the emotions and limits I was whole again and I would find my own solutions. That’s when I needed a coach.
